Frank G. D'Angelo

            Frank G. D’Angelo is the founder and manager of the Law Offices of Frank G. D’Angelo & Associates, PC, concentrating in legal issues affecting the family including Elder Law, Trust and Estates, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Family Law.

            Frank G. D’Angelo received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology Cum Laude from City University of New York at Brooklyn College in 1981, and his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 1985.

            Frank G. D’Angelo is the former Editor and Contributing Author of the New York State Bar Association Senior Citizens Handbook, as well as the Elder Law Handbook.  He is a member of, and former Chair of the General Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Elder Law Section, and Trust and Estate Law Section, and Real Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association.

            In addition, he is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, as well as the Nassau County and Queens County Bar Association Committees on Elder Law.  He is a Past Representative of the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates, and serves on the Nassau County Grievance Committee.  He is a Fellow of both the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association Foundation.

            Frank G. D’Angelo is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Nassau/Suffolk County Chapter of the Alzheimer Association, and a founding member of the Caring Families Fund, Inc.  He is also an ordained Roman Catholic Deacon in the Diocese of Rockville Centre since May 2000.
