Eyal has represented me several times in the past ten years in connection with a custody case I had in Nassau County. Eyal did an amazing job working on a new separation/divorce agreement for me , my original agreement was very one sided in my ex's favor and we put together one that was more even i guess you can say, but I definitely came out on top because of how lopsided the original was. Eyal has been there whene...ver i needed advice on my agreement. Recently, i was disqualified from a civil service job and i had a chance to appeal their decision, so i contacted Eyal not knowing he has worked on appeals in the past and we began working on it right away. I only had about 10 days to file the appeal (with more doctors visits in that time frame) , Eyal put together an unbelievable appeal letter. Still waiting for their decision but i have faith it will be overturned in my favor. Eyal is very reasonable with his rates and very accommodating to his clients needs. Ive recommended a few people to him already.

I was referred to Eyal by a friend who had a highly contentious and bitter divorce, and swore he saved her from certain disaster. Since my divorce started out relatively simple I figured if he could help her navigate the landmine of her disastrous divorce, certainly he would be good enough for my rel...atively simple uncontested divorce. But when things became more complicated in my own divorce I was truly grateful I was with someone as competent, experienced and knowledgeable as Eyal. Not only did he not try to gouge me, but he gave me consistently solid and good advice. The divorce agreement he drafted was also fantastic as well. When I met my boyfriend who is in the midst of a bitter divorce himself I was shocked at how poorly written his first set of divorce documents were. Since his was in another state he unfortunately couldn’t hire Eyal, but comparing his docs to my ironclad divorce documents was definitely one of the final clues to him that it was time to change attorneys to someone more competent. I felt like Eyal has not only been my advocate, but my son’s advocate throughout this entire process. He has helped me to properly decipher what I should and should not ask for in the agreement to best protect us, while still trying to be fair.
