I have significant experience with all aspects of estate and trust litigation, from formulating litigation strategy, conducting and managing pre-trial discovery and motion practice, to the resolution of the matter, either through settlement or judicial means.

I assist corporate and individual fiduciaries with estate and trust administration, including, among other things, the valuation, management and sale of assets; post-mortem tax planning; and distribution to beneficiaries in accordance with the governing instrument(s).

A fair amount of my practice involves advising clients concerning all aspects of wealth transfer planning, as well as drafting simple and complex estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts and advance directives.

I have handled several residential real estate sales through closing, as well as the along occasional commercial real estate transaction.
