Cynthia Jeanne Chin

Cynthia J. Chin focuses her practice on defending insurance carriers in workers’ compensation claims. She has extensive experience representing clients at hearings and trials, drafting and filing appeals, conducting depositions, and preparing written and oral summations. With a background in handling workers’ compensation matters on the claimant side, Cynthia has considerable knowledge of the claims process and offers unique insights to her clients.

While earning her J.D. at California Western School of Law, Cynthia was a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society, which recognizes students for their pro bono and public service work. She also served as a law intern at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Center, where she researched and drafted motions and briefs on issues regarding contracts, employment, intellectual property, and environmental law.
