After 3 years dealing with the firm that seem to care the very first 6 months I began to notice that there priorities were more with high profile divorces. They had very little to do with me drag there feet for so long I had follow up continuously. I provide them with all the paper work, did all the... financial aspect of the settlement. Only to walk away with a divorce that led me to sign a stipulation that was not in my favor nor clear. Attorney are meant to fight for you this is why we paid them. I chose this firm because I thought she would be on my side, make it point that What I sign was indeed in my best interest. Needless to say my ex husband did not comply with many of the terms of the stipulation after judgment (after I made it clear he would default) went back to see her sat in the office waited for an hour half to hear from another lawyer that she will not answer questions unless I issues them another retainer fee in order to address the issues that were not resolved. You can say that pretty insulting after she been paid in full for the divorce. Emails left unanswered, voice mail never returned. Very disappointed upset I would not recommend her unless your assets are worth her salary

I made the mistake of hiring Camille as my lawyer and realized it after a couple of weeks which I then decided to fire her right away. She was unprofessional and in my opinion lacked experience. She overcharges and refused to pay my remaining balance back knowing that I have not used all my retainer ...in such a short amount of time for all we did was phone conversations and one office conference which she also managed to over-bill me. When I called to confront her, all I got from her was her saying "I don't care." Good thing is I have evidence to prove that she is a liar and I will be reporting her to BBB and the Bar for her lack of ethics. If you're looking to hire a lawyer, you should definitely stay away from this one. She will not help you and will only make your case worse so she can take more time and dig more money out of you. worst lawyer I've ever hired!!!

I was Camille Fouche's client for over a year and I have to tell you that I made two big mistakes in my life. the first one: marrying my ex wife. The second: Hiring Fouche as my divorce attorney. Frankly the latter was by far the Worst.! this is what I got after spending over 10G in legal fees: ...requests/demands/orders that were ignored. No updates on the status of the case. phone calls that were not returned in a timely manner if at all. no reminders on courts dates causing me to miss an important and costly one and worst of all an erratic /nervous behavior and rambling speech symptomatic of someone with very poor knowledge of the law. Lastly (although I can not prove it), I really felt she was in collusion with the ex's attorney with the sole intent of generating more revenues for their firm. All she was concerned about was "Fleecing" me. Her unprofessionalism and unscrupulousness is surpassed only by her lack of compassion, greed and blatant incompetence!!!! Do yourself a BIG favor: Stay the hell away from Camille Fouche! You will regret it...just like I do!! there are good and qualified lawyers in the Garden City are. She is definitely NOT one of them!!!
