Oversites made in closing of Estate
Beth came highly reccommended to me and we worked together for a couple of years without any discrepancies. In the end my commission fee was overlooked and never paid to me. It is unfortunate that the former client who wrote this review failed to disclose that she refused to follow simple, written instructions for her work as a fiduciary in an estate. This is more unfortunate considering the advocacy I performed to have this former client executor commission paid to her even after she was unable to balance an estate account and overpaid a creditor. My clients receive the highest quality service and advocacy.
