Benjamin Ismael Rabinowitz

Mr. Rabinowitz earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Citation in Spanish language studies.

Prior to joining Schwartzapfel Lawyers and while at Harvard Ben interned for the Honorable F. Dana Winslow, Supreme Court of the State of New York, 10TH Judicial District, Nassau County who primarily oversaw medical malpractice, personal injury, and other commercial litigation trials. Ben earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law where he served as a member of the Intellectual Property, Media and Entertainment Law Journal, Media & Entertainment Law Society, and the Latin American Law Students Association.

Mr. Rabinowitz began his career representing a diverse range of clients in civil litigation, bankruptcy, criminal defense, commercial litigation, real estate matters, and probate and estate proceedings. Mr. Rabinowitz presently concentrates his practice on Workers’ Compensation and personal injury where he represents construction workers and their families who have been injured or killed on the job. Mr. Rabinowitz is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish Ben prides himself on passionately and meticulously representing clients of diverse backgrounds and circumstances.

While at Harvard College Mr. Rabinowitz played for the Harvard Men’s Baseball Team and also spent a semester abroad to study at the University of Barcelona. Mr. Rabinowitz is the youngest of three brothers and remains an avid exercise enthusiast and passionately follows his favorite sports teams: New York Yankees, New York Giants and New York Knicks.
