Barbara Ann Pica Gervase

It was a pleasure to work with Barbara, who impressed both my partner and I with his scrupulous, honest and straightforward treatment of our very complicated case. All her communications with us and opposing parties were characterized by clarity, concision and good reason. She was reliable, responsiv...e and expeditious in pursuing our case, and we always felt secure in our conviction that she 'had our back', that she was a true attorney for our cause. If ever again in need we will call on her without hesitation.

This attorney was the worst, I hired them to help me modify an unfair divorce agreement. Both partners made me feel like they were working for the other side. After I fell for her sales pitch and gave my retainer, Barbara and her partner became rude and belittling by yelling during consultations an...d repeating that I originally signed a bad agreement. She would go to court and meetings on my behalf unprepared and would continuously try to convince me to settle in the other sides favor. After spending a year and thousands of dollars, this attorney has left me with just another bad agreement that she had me sign and then further modified along with the other sides attorney without my knowledge or approval. I am now left to spend more money to have another attorney defend me as I am no better off than I was when I hired Barbara Gervase.

Barbara Gervase and Susan are not attorney's you want to use when you're going through a divorce. They make you promises or give you false information when you meet them so you can retain them and then they don't follow through. They don't take the time to explain things or return phone calls in a ti...mely fashion. You feel like you're constantly guessing as to what's going on with your case. They did not make me feel like I was well protected during my divorce and that they were helping me. I seriously wouldn't hire either one of them. Barbara gave me the impression with an "I don't care attitude" and Susan is just mean and nasty. I felt both attorney's were unprofessional.
