I was in need of a real estate lawyer and Andrea Y. Lee came recommended. I reached out to her, for a seller had accepted my offer on a new house. This was all new to my wife and me, so we had many questions and even more concerns; Andrea answered every one with patience, giving us the confidence to ...make better decisions and scrutinize the legal materials we needed to understand and sign. Long story short while in contract, Andrea — even providing assistance to the sellers and their inexperienced lawyer so that they move things along — caught a huge red flag (i.e., a violation on the title), and in the end, we decided to walk away from the contract and the likely lemon of a house. Thank goodness for Andrea! Months later, when another offer was accepted, we didn't hesitate to contact Andrea again. The process was smooth sailing, communication with all parties involved was quick and efficient, and Andrea's guidance put all our nerves at rest. Seriously, if you're looking for a real estate lawyer, look no further. Professional, extremely knowledgeable, efficient, responsive, and excellent at problem-solving, Andrea is the entire package.

Andrea was fantastic to work with. She was meticulous in reviewing a real estate contract with us, and very patient with all questions we had about legal matters. Having Andrea be our legal representative was great. She's thorough, informative and professional. When we were in the process of purchasing our home, whenever she saw any possible flags down the road she made sure to communicate this info as quick as possible; as well as helping explain things when ...we weren't sure. She was also very thorough, even during the final minutes of number crunching when there were a couple of errors on the seller's end; she was able to get those fixed, thankfully.
