Biography
Prior to opening her own practice, Andrea Y. Lee worked in a large international AmLaw 100 law firm for several years and represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals. Her practice focused on complex commercial matters and tax structuring and planning.
After several years at a big firm, Ms. Lee sought to take a more personalized approach to her practice. Accordingly, Ms. Lee decided to launch her own law firm using her big-firm knowledge and experience to represent a more diverse set of clients.
Ms. Lee's current practice focuses solely on transactional and organizational matters, with an emphasis on commercial and residential real estate, and business law. In connection with her practice, Ms. Lee has represented various parties in commercial and residential real estate transactions, cooperative boards, and business owners concerning certain business organizational matters. Ms. Lee's clients appreciate her broad range of experience and unique perspective that is simply unmatched.
Andrea Lee lives in Nassau County, Long Island, with her husband and two beautiful children and is an active member of the community. She is a Korean-American who was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and can speak English, Korean, and Spanish. Ms. Lee graduated from Hofstra Law School in 2007, magna cum laude, served as Articles Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, and was an active member of both the Moot Court Association and the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association (APALSA). Ms. Lee is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
