Alexandra B. Stevens

Alexandra Simon, an associate in Goldberg Segalla’s Garden City office, concentrates her practice on workers’ compensation litigation. 

Alexandra has significant experience in civil litigation in the areas of personal injury and general liability, including handling all aspects of litigation for large insurance carriers before courts throughout New York City and Long Island. In addition, Alexandra has experience handling arbitration matters as well as conducting settlement negotiations. She has also handled residential real estate transactions and estate administration. 

While receiving her juris doctor from Touro Law School, Alexandra participated in the school’s trial advocacy program and received the highest student honor, the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Trial Practice. Alexandra also participated in the study abroad program in Germany, where she spent a summer in Berlin studying international constitutional law and international human rights. 

Throughout her law school career, Alexandra was a legal intern with the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, where she represented indigent defendants at criminal arraignments. She also interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Victim’s Bureau.
