Best Immigration Attorney in NY

Ms. Clarke came with the recommendation " if Millicent can't get you your green card, it's not possible." My case was a TOUGH case spanning 3 decades and several attorneys. I came to Ms. Clarke beaten down! She navigated USCIS like a champion. Each time USCIS came at us, I fell and whimpered like a d...ragged cat-- but not Ms. Clarke, she rolled up her sleeve and got down into each and every crevice, making sure that any possible query USCIS might throw at us was answered. She presented and "airtight" case, where USCIS had no choice but to approve my case on April 12,2024! Thank you Ms. Millicent Clarke, also to Chevy - who endured my constant "checking in." Thanks to the all the support staff who did background work to move my case to it's final approval.

THE MIRACLE WORKING TEAM

We were at the point of desperation when we found out about Clarke & Associates, OMG ... what a relief we felt! My husband had a very difficult immigration case which no attorney wanted to touch or who felt that it was above their purview, and as a result we were railroaded by attorneys who took ...our money with no tangible results, one even suggested that we return to our home country Trinidad. Upon our first encounter at Clarke & Associates, we met Mrs. Millicent Clarke herself, a very approachable woman, astute and straight forward, very knowledgeable at her craft. She quickly advised us to lay everything on the table ... after laying our case before her, she said "We're going to pray, a difficult case indeed which is going to cost you, however, I think it's doable" ... we left her office with a renewed sense of hope and optimism. Meanwhile, I had gotten my Green Card and requested that Clarke & Associates do my Citizenship application. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism with which the entire process was conducted, thus giving me greater assurance and comfort that my husband's case was in the best hands. After much prayer, perseverance, faith and the skillful maneuvering on the part of Mrs. Clarke and her team, my husband finally got his Green Card ... Praise The Lord! I truly believe that no one else was strategically poised to handle this Difficult Case, and today I am absolutely grateful and thankful for Mrs. Millicent Clarke and her team at Clarke & Associates. A team of people who are knowledgeable, patient, courteous and very professional and to this end it's my honor and privilege to highly recommend CLARKE & ASSOCIATES for all of your Immigration needs and or concerns.

Based on my experience I wish there was an option to give no stars! In my opinion this office has been a nightmare for me and my family absolutely horrible experience! 3 years ago we started a green card process for my son and paid everything they asked for the process and what did we get in return N...OTHING! It is our belief they were not being forthcoming to us about the process and no longer want to talk to us when we call to ask for updates. Mrs.Clarke appears to be always out of the office and we are told she’ll call us back but never did! It is also my beliefs, she has never even looked at our case and instead, she trusted the case to a paralegal to handle it, who has caused nothing but issues, errors and stress. When we had our interview appointment and asked the paralegal if we need anything for that day he said”no everything looks good just be on time” they didn’t even go or ask to go to the interview with us, and later on we found out they should have! When we get to the interview the officer said your medical exam is expired and told us our lawyer should have told us this before coming to the interview! Mr.Chevy was very rude and defensive when we ask him why he didn’t tell us we needed to update it! We called him directly after theinterview and he stated we could send the documents directly to immigration (we later found out he should have asked us to send the physical directly to him or send the a copy). After we sent the new medical exam and ask the office to check if for an update Mr.Chevy told us they should have it (new physical exam) and are working on it (we do not believe he actually verified), and that It might take up to 6 -- 12 months and if there is anything he’ll call us. After that we got a letter from the immigration saying that they denied our application because we didn’t submit a new physical exam document so the information Mr. Chevy told us was not proper, he never checked if they receive our documents omg I can write a book about this office! So we called back the office and told him we would like to speak to Mrs.Clarke and as always, she was not available to speak to us instead she sent us an email and said we can file motion to do that we have to pay another $1500! to fix there mistake! I wish we have never went with this law farm they have messed up our life and bank account and till this day, we have never heard anything from Mrs.Clarke she doesn’t even have the decency to pick up the phone and to give us any updates. three years and almost $5000 and we’re still waiting for any update! This office is so clumsy they even sent us other clients information to review thinking it’s ours, so many errors! When we hired a lawyer, we were thinking they will make our life easier, tell us exactly what we needed and make the process fast but this process been a financial and emotional stress for my family, and three years later have have nothing in return! It is my belief, they have no sympathy whatsoever for their clients! We put our trust in them, Mrs. Clarke if you reading this please have some decency and give us a call!

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"“Millicent Clarke is an exceptional immigration attorney. She is the most determined, optimistic finest attorney I have met in my thirty-five (35) years of practice. I have witnessed first-hand Ms. Clarke practicing immigration law at an atmospheric level of competency, commanding respect and admiration from peers and foes alike. Her forty-plus years of advocacy and due diligence has time and time again resulted in great success and good news for those s whose lives hang in the balance of doom, gloom, removal, and despair. Ms. Clarke will “pay any price, bear any burden, oppose any foe” to achieve victory for her clients. She represents a shining example of what immigration advocacy is supposed to be about. Ms. Clarke never accepts the premise that there are no solutions to a problem. She always finds a way to win against the odds. I would liken Ms. Clarke to a talented math teacher, she truly understands there are many ways to solve and approach a problem."
