Michael Tompkins explained in great detail what I was and, was not able to do, in moving forward with my case against my employer. He was extremely professional and laid out a plan for his firm to handle my case. He was very specific in what monetary award we maybe able to obtain and the pitfalls... that may stand in our way. He did not in any way exaggerate any claims, he simply and clearly laid out what he fully expected his law firm could deliver. After speaking to a few attorneys, win or lose I am confident that I had chosen the right firm to move forward and in the end, no matter what happens I am completely at ease with the choice I made.
