This law firm represented me for my closing. I didn't know anything about his law firm I just picked them by their fees (which by the way were not the lowest) . This is the lousiest real estate law firm you can ever get. If you have to use an attorney, pay a little more and find a good one. I had to ...wait another month and a half to have the closing done. This because they didn't have all the documents in time (title,co,etc). I called many times and no one returned my calls. They didn't treat me as a client with courtesy and professionalism. Their lack of knowledge, communication, and professionalism resulted in extra cost for my rate that I had to extend and my living expenses at the current place. They even had the nerve to tell me that I cannot close based on the fact that they don't work on certain days that were not even national holidays. Not even for a special situation like the one that I had. I paid another almost $3000 extra because of this firm. AVOID THEM. They don’t care about client's needs.
