I hire this guy to fight my ticket, and not only was the day change twice, he took my money and called sick . all the sudden his is sick and I am unable to reach him to get my money back. This is a new thing now with him "HE IS IN THE HOSPITAL". Every time I call his office a Lady would hung th...e phone in my face . A very nasty lady . This action alone makes me wanting to go to his office or Barry Serper ESQ house and handle this situation and matter my way.

Do yourself a favor and do not hire this guy!!! He took my $200 and accomplished nothing, now i have to take care of the ticket he was supposed to. Waste of my time and money, i should have hired a different attorney who actually cared about working with his client or just pleaded guilty and payed th...e ticket off from the start myself. All he did was let me know i was found guilty only after i called him a week after the court date to see how all went. Then he told me to go to the Traffic Violations Borough to pay off the guilty verdict. I doubt he even showed up to the court date. WORTHLESS MONEY SPENT!!!

Had hired this guy to fight a cell phone ticket. As soon as I paid him the 200$ fee, he told me to go up to the judge to ask for another hearing date. If I had to switch the date myself, why in the world would I hire a lawyer for? When my date finally came, I hadn't heard anything from him. In the me...antime I got a letter from dmv saying I need to pay the fine for the ticket. When I called him, he informed me that he tried but ended up not winning the case. If I had to pay a lawyer to find out I'm going to be found guilty, I would have plead guilty myself. My only issue with him was why the hell would you not change the date if you knew you had no shot at winning? I've had friends whose ticket is being changed back n forth for god knows how long. And this guy telling me he tried his best etc. I feel like a fool paying someone 200 bucks for them to make me change own hearing date and still losing the case. Never again!

Do not ever use this guy HE IS HORRIBLE, you will never know anything about your case and guess what? NEITHER WILL HE. He claimed that his success rate is very high but did nothing for my case and i got found guilty had to pay a fine and points stayed. I understand if it was a speeding ticket because... the issuer has evidence and from my experience its 50/50 chance of beating it, but disobeying a traffic device from 2012 almost any lawyer can get rid of that. I got a letter from the dmv saying my license will be suspended for failure to appear after i paid him to handle my ticket for me so i tried calling him and his office numerous times but no one ever picked up or returned my calls so i had to go to the brooklyn north dmv and find the idiot he reschduled a date for me a year later, a year later i was found guilty of the moving violation do yourself a favor FIND ANOTHER LAWYER because you paying him to handle your case is a waste of money you might as well plead guilty
