William Donald Friedman

This man is too old to be doing anything, but putting his feet up in front of a television. From the 1st moment entering his little, shabby office telling me not to talk & didnt want to hear anything except presented documents I knew it wasnt going to go well. Unfortunately I was pressed for time & b...eing he was recommended by a friend of a friend (Never again dude! You can keep your recommendations!) I had to use him It must've been a set up to fail. I started to call this man out & told him he was a narcissist. His own people agreed & said in front of him responding, "yes he is a narcissist, a full blown narcissist, but we know that here." Well thanks! Just great! That helps...not! Im using a narcissist to fight a narcissist. He never got any details from as he said over & over again not to give them to him. Well how is he supposed to best represent me in court without any info? He thought we're just going to go in court & get this dismissed. Yeah, not happening. Fast forward to the court day, for starters he was late so had to wait for 2nd call. We get up to the judge's bench & she wasn't even aware that he was an attorney so he had to fill out a form now giving us 3rd call. Not looking good. Approach bench again & just stands there not saying anything, how could he when he doesnt have any details? I kick his foot as to nudge him to say something & didnt so I interjected & was laughed at & mocked by the entire courtroom (because he was supposed to be speaking for me), including the judge, being embarrassed like never before. I was mortified. On top of the embarrassment, my case was not thrown out & I'm still fighting outside of court 4 months later. It's time for this man to retire. He's not interested in his practice anymore. Thanks Matt for the wonderful recommendation that lead me to homelessness...NOT!! What a nightmare this has been. Avoid this man/this practice at all cost.

Minimal interaction, it seems Mr. Friedman is sick of his job and his customers that paid him already and the whole firm locks simple curtesy and respect to people. My Landlord - tenant case took 4 months since fist court date and 4 appearances. The Judgement was never updated since July even I calle...d a few times asking to do that , so instead of 4 months judgements I got only 2 and besides the lawyer did not show up on 4th appearance, instead I got a substitute that kept telling me she doesn't not know anything about it,, it's too much for her.... and I have to wait for Mr. Friedman. When time passed and it was no one left in a court room and everyone was exhausted, the judge was mad and did not want to hear anything else besides an old (july) statement not granting 2 months. Lucky for me my horror tenants just left by themselves destroying my house totally - maybe they could not live there anymore, or maybe my call to child protection services did that but it was no help from this Law firm at all.
