Theresa M. McSweeney

Theresa McSweeney has been my family’s attorney for many years. Her expertise, professionalism and compassion make her stand out above any other. Within the last year, Theresa has been handling my parents’ Estate. Both of my parents passed away in 2013 and it was a very difficult time for my brot...her and me. Theresa proved to be an excellent attorney as she filed the needed documents in a timely fashion, kept my brother and I abreast on any details that became available, she dealt with any and all bills that were accrued mistakenly by the hospital where my mother’s untimely death occurred, and made herself available at all hours to answer any questions or concerns that we might have had. In my opinion, Theresa McSweeney went above and beyond for us. Death is never an easy thing to handle; but having Theresa on our side handling all of the legalities has made it a little easier. Because of Theresa, we were able to grieve for our parents properly and not have to worry about any issues pertaining to their’ Wills or Estate.
