I came to meet Stu over a year ago after I was assigned over to him. Having met both paid and legal aid attorneys, Stu is by far, in a class of his own. From day 1 he was very attentive to me, and gave me so much time before we even stepped into court, to just talk about things. When in court, his... presence was known. he is very respected by his peers, and has a brilliant mind for the law. He always kept me in the loop, gave me his honest opinion, always picked up his phone, and best of all, kept in contact. In the beginning, he told me what his goal was for me, and he achieved EXACTLY that goal, a dismissal. We hired Stuart to represent my son for a speeding ticket, 68mph in a 50mph zone. But the officer added an additional charge for excessive speed in a speed zone, but he wasn’t in one. That added 2 more points for a total of 6 points. More money for the county and the insurance company. Stuart had the... excessive speeding charge dismissed and somehow was able to get my 18 year old son into youth court. We took him to 2 defense driving programs, which he needed and we ended up with a no point parking ticket. You can’t beat that. Stuart is a reasonably priced lawyer that provides tremendous results.
