"I was a juror on an extremely complicated criminal defense case is Nassau County in the beginning of 2018. The trial lasted nearly a month. Mr. Barnwell was incredible. Mr. Barnwell put on a case that was inspiring to me as a younger attorney. The DA had video surveillance, expert witnesses, cell phone records, and about a dozen witnesses including many detectives and forensic crime scene specialists. Mr. Barnwell managed to show the jury reasonable doubt despite the the tremendous amount of evidence presented by the DA. The defendant was facing 10 felonies and ended up being convicted on only a single misdemeanor charge. I believe all of the jurors agreed that Mr. Barnwell was the reason that young man didn't end up in prison for a long time. If any of my friends or family needed a criminal attorney I would refer them to Mr. Barnwell before anyone else. I highly recommend this attorney."
