Dear Sal, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent handling of the court case against the two New York City Hospitals. As you know, I wanted so much to get back at them after their horrible treatment of my late brother while under their care. You were right when you advised me ...that the only way to get back at them was through their pockets; although I wanted so much to personally hold them accountable. Your expert handling of the case paid off; I'm sure that the court ruling has reached some higher ups, especially when they find out the sizable amount that they had to pay for their staff negligence.
