This is hands down the worst attorney we have ever dealt with. I would not recommend him under any circumstances, even if he were the last lawyer available, I would 100% represent myself before ever hiring him again. In the beginning, he puts on an act. He was responsive, attentive, and made it se...em like he genuinely cared. The second we signed the retainer and paid the first half of the fee, he completely disappeared. From that point on, he was impossible to reach. We called nonstop, left messages, sent texts, nothing. Completely ignored. The ONLY time he would suddenly reappear was when he wanted the next payment. At that point, all of a sudden he was available again, completely disregarding the fact that we had been trying to get in contact with him for weeks. It was beyond frustrating, it felt like we were being used. He barely even spoke to his own client (my sibling) maybe three times in an entire year. That is not just unprofessional, it’s straight-up negligence. It gets worse. My sibling had court EVERY month, and he repeatedly failed to show up. When he did show up (rarely), he came late. One time, he didn’t even bother to notify anyone that he wasn’t coming , the judge was so upset that she suggested we consider taking legal action against him. That alone should tell you exactly what kind of “professional” he is. There was zero communication, zero accountability, and honestly it felt like zero effort. It’s like once he got paid, he stopped caring completely. And the result? The WORST possible plea deal. No fight, no strategy, nothing. It honestly felt like he did the bare minimum .. if that. We regret hiring him more than anything. After everything, I even came across his Instagram, and his online presence only made things worse, it does not reflect someone who takes their profession seriously. He looks like a STRAIGHT UP GANGSTER. Do not fall for the smooth talk in the beginning. It’s all an act to get your money. Save yourself the stress, the frustration, and the waste of money. Stay far away from this attorney.

Terrible attorney. If you can still change representation, do it immediately. He promises outcomes he does not deliver. I personally hired him for a DUI case, and he missed my court hearing, which resulted in serious consequences. Because I had already moved from New York to California, I had to f...ly back due to his negligence. I informed him multiple times that I was in a severe financial crisis, and instead of helping or communicating, he completely ghosted me. His lack of responsibility led to bench warrants and additional legal problems that should never have happened.

Mr. King was professional, made himself available to answer all questions relating to my case. He showed up to court on time which help my case get called earlier. I was happy with the result of my case. It was between him and another lawyer but he had the best plan/strategy which turned out well for... me.
