Well, if you are planning on losing I'd recommend this lawyer. I'd have to say that she is Ill informed about the law and talks a much better game than actually plays. Not very responsive to calls and when she was up asking questions during the trial.. It was actually a joke. I have seen a toddler... formulate sentences in a better manor. When the judge is telling a person to get to the point . It means stop with going back to the same thing and start to say stuff that will prove your point. I swear that I would have been better off representing myself. She is a very nice lady though, but that will not win a case.
