Condescending
She is convinced because payment contract wasn't discussed, she has the authority to lie her way with me: when asked why are you not answering my calls. Her reply, "Ms, Williams, did you sign a payment agreement with me?" This is a pure stench witch lawyer!

This lady will ignore you and not respond. I understand that an attorney is busy but it is so unprofessional to ignore or not get back to your client in a timely manner.
