Ioannis Ladis

Ioannis Ladis is a founding partner of Ladis & Baldwin Law Group, PLLC, in Mineola, New York. A former Nassau County Assistant District Attorney, he represents people facing criminal charges on Long Island.

Before founding the firm, Ioannis served under two Nassau County District Attorneys. He handled thousands of criminal cases, working through negotiations with attorneys and judges and litigating matters in court. His duties included general criminal prosecutions and DWI cases.

Ioannis was later selected for a specialized unit handling domestic violence, sex crimes and crimes against children. His experience also includes prosecuting fire-code violations cited by the Nassau County Fire Marshal. Before joining the District Attorney’s Office, he worked as a member of a private attorney’s defense team on a high-profile vehicular-homicide case in Suffolk County.
