At a very difficult time for my family, this lawyer took on a very big company, got money for my family, helped with the bills and did so compassionately. I got hit with 6 tickets for suspended plates right before my birthday as I was heading out to NYC. In my mind, I thought "This has got to be more than $1500 in tickets!" Anyway, fast forward to my court date, Mr. Panetta went above and beyong and got not one, two or three but ALL of my charges dismi...ssed!! Granted, he only charged me his minimum fee and here I thought I just wasted all my money, but that was not the case at all! I'd recommend Mr. Panetta and his firm any time, any day. Just like he said, "Im an attorney for life" and he meant it. 17 years in business and I hope for another 17 more! Thanks again.

20 years ago I got assault charges pressed on me by the state of NY. Since it was my first offense , he helped me and closed the case . Due out my life I worked as a stockbroker and made a lot money. I thought I was invincible against the law. I got arrested about 15 times and every single one of th...e cases got thrown out or I took a small fine. He is not a lawyer that just wants your money .He take the case to the end and doesn't just take what the DA has to offer . He actually got me out of a dui case . He asked for a speedy trail and the state couldn't produce my toxicology. So I got off . He's very reasonable compare to other attorneys. He will fight your case till the end and he's batting 1000. with me. Just recently I got caught in a Domestic violence case and the police found a un licensed loaded hand gun at my residence. I was stuck in jail for a couple of days because I couldn't make a phone call . I was let go with a bail because of his help. Now fighting a Gun charge in NY is 2 years plus in prison. I got a call from Mr. Panetta saying the gun was inoperable. He pressed the DA to throw out the case I didn't even have to go to court for it. The domestic violence charge was dropped due to advice from MR Panetta and his vigorous work . I trust him with my life . Like I said he will fight till the end. He wont take what the DA is offering except if the deal is good for the client. I highly recommend him if you want to stay out of jail . There's reason why I have been a client for 20 years .
