Dawn seems very knowledgable and very interested in helping you in the beginning. After that she disappears. She didn't even contact me when the case was approved by the USCIS. I asked her a million times what can I do to prepare for the next steps in the case. She never provided anything and now I'v...e wasted another 3 weeks in this case waiting to get civil documents I could have acquired before hand, had I had a competent attorney. Her excuse is she has allot of clients. She acts like she is doing the case for free as a friend, though I was paying her. Do yourself a favor and research attorney's first. DO NOT just use someone you know. The only thing she did right was file the first set if paper work. As far as the next set I'm handling it myself. The only hold up so far are because of her and not preparing me for the next steps. Find someone "less busy", do yourself a favor. Unless you don't care about timeframe.
