Agree totally with other client posting under this title. Ms Hobson-Williams ignored the detailed information I sent; in fact she never seemed to remember that I had even sent her things, although I had direct email acknowledgement from her. When I terminated our agreement and requested a refund, s...he told me by email she'd send it the next week. A month went by and I didn't hear from her despite several follow-up emails. Finally she replied and claimed I'd never asked, although I had her email from a month before.

Attorney Hobson-Williams was a God send. She came in during a time of chaos and performed greater than we could have imagined with a very sensitive family situation. She was professional and knowledgeable including being sensitive to everyone involved. We were successful in court and appreciated her ...expertise. I thought an attorney worked for their client. I found out otherwise when everything I was seeking to recover was not even bought to the attention of the opposing attorneys, because my attorney Tanya Hobson William was unknowledgable even after several conversations relating to my claim. I sent her... evey bill and documentation that I had and yet she failed to put it together even with the amounts highlighted that was outstanding. Some document had to be forwarded a second and thrid time with explaination. When the case was finalized my attorney did get paid for her services, but left me with several unpaid doctors bills which should have been settled during the final agreement. I will never use her services again.
