Marcin Tomasz Nadgorski

Marcin was appointed to me for a very sensitive personal case in family court at the beginning of Covid. He was very helpful and my emails swiftly. Spoke to me on the phone when needed. And most of all he was understanding. I recently needed to contact him again and he was quick to answer my ques...tions. I dealt with other lawyers in the past that I had to retain.. and didn’t always get the same attention.

I don’t normally do bad reviews but I would only hope this a) Helps Marcin improve as a lawyer b) protect someone else from such poor service. Marcin represented me in family court. He was a court appointed lawyer. He had terrible communication skills, very difficult to get him to respond to calls, t...ext messages or emails. Long periods of time will go by and sometimes he would not even respond at all. His representation in court was mediocre, the judge seemed to intimidate him. I had to consult with another laywer for advice and realized that there were things he should have asked for that would have helped my case but he failed to do in a timely manner. I have had a great lawyer before and Marcin is not even good. I was very dissatisfied with how he handled my case. I hope he takes the feedback and improves because this is people lives we are talking about and his poor representation can change the dynamics of a person’s life.
