Incompetent
He doesn’t answer his email text, phone calls. He forgets. Yells at you. And threatens to take your escrow money for himself. It’s been a yes he kept an escrow account not giving me a dime

Please beware. Do not use this guy for any real estate transactions. Worse attorney ever for real estate. He does not review any documents. Does not respond to emails. He was not prepared for closing and cost me thousands of dollars in additional mortgage fees
