Biography
For more than a decade, attorney Joseph A. Ledwidge has assisted clients throughout the Five Boroughs in the areas of estate planning and family law. Mr. Ledwidge is dedicated to protecting and advancing the interests and rights of each of his clients in an efficient, cost-effective, and professional manner. His areas of expertise include probate, wills, will contests, estate administration, spousal right of election, estate litigation, family law, divorce, separation agreements, pre/post-nuptial agreements, child custody, and child support.
Mr. Ledwidge is a native of London, England. He earned his H.N.C. in Business and Finance from Hammersmith and West London College in 1987. He then went on to earn his LL.B. from Thames Valley University in 1996. Mr. Ledwidge is a member of the Queens Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem for the Queens Supreme Court. Mr. Ledwidge was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1998.
Outside of his law practice, Mr. Ledwidge is active in the local community, and serves on the Board of Forestdale, Inc., a child welfare agency based in Queens.
