Mr. Abdur-Rahman provides legal representation to homeowners in a variety of lawsuits involving real property. He commonly represents homeowners as plaintiffs in predatory lending or real estate fraud cases, as plaintiffs in home construction cases, as defendants in foreclosure cases, and as landlords in eviction cases. Mr. Abdur-Rahman also handles real estate matters that are incident to estate settlement proceedings or post-judgment divorce settlement proceedings.

Mr. Abdur-Rahman represents individual investors and organizations with construction and development projects, including residential and commercial. He counsels clients regarding renovation financing, agreements with architects and contractors, zoning appeals, community board and government liaising, faith-based development agreements, commercial leasing and pre-leasing, RFPs, development site packaging and marketing agreements.
