My situation required a strong, compassionate attorney. She assured me everything was fine with payment, despite the firm sending me notices once retainer went up. I asked for help in filing a protective order; she was incompetent and did not address the needs for safety for my child. Once it was not...iced I wouldn’t reap much reward from the accounts, her assurance turned to sudden threats for immediate large payment, and no recourse for payment structure. She tried to trick me into signing a pro se form, then she turned on me, damaging my character and case to the judge. Extremely regretful of retaining this attorney. I am in debt from this and she has harmed my case, which was critical to me in protecting my child.
