He was patient in explaining the legal terms and jargon these contracts are filled with that we would not have been able to decipher alone. Additionally, I would like to praise his assistant Natalie who was working alongside him on our behalf. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had throughout our purchase. The level of trust we had built with them went a long way even when we did encounter a major stumbling block at our first closing appointment. It was ultimately a bank issue that was resolved and only delayed our closing back a week. However, I will never forget how Peter helped us understand that things like this do happen and assured us that we would be in our new home the following week.
