My husband and I frantically searched the web for a criminal attorney for our son who has never been in Trouble before. During our consultation he saw how upset and scared we were and made ...a phone call there and then, even before retaining him, to the DA to see how they were leaning with this and to put our fears to rest. He handled our case as though we were family and was available at all times for us. He explained everything to us, especially when I had such a hard time understanding the process. We used Mr. Scardigno's services to deal with a NYC Administrative Code violation for a family member with health issues. I spoke with Mr. Scardigno a few times and the phone and he told me what information to collect and send to him. He and his staff (especially Mayrobi) were extremely reassuring ...and helpful and got the case dismissed before the summons date. His price was reasonable; we paid half up front and the other half at the end. Overall a very positive experience.
