Wow where do I begin, I went into this case feeling scared nervous and like I had nowhere to turn. When I met Mr. Scardingio he changed all that. He handled my case with such care and professionalism. He treated the case as if it were him in the situation I was in. He reassured me everything would b...e fine and it was exactly that. He’s an amazing lawyer. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He is a man of great integrity. Unfortunately I have needed numerous lawyers in my past so I am familiar with how most are. Luckily for me I found Luke this time around! Was on my 2nd DUI and he got me a very favorable outcome. His rate was very reasonable and at times I offered to pay more if he can stall my case due to his time a...nd he didn't accept the money(9/10 lawyers would have). We didn't know what would happen with my license so stalling it as much as possible was huge for me in particular since I use my car for a living. Used the extra time to save money with expectations of losing my job and then the good news happened I didn't wind up losing my license! He has some great secretaries taking care of the little details, always reminding you of court dates or what stuff you need to do but also very hands on texting/you on his personal cell phone  regarding your case. Like I stated for someone who had experience with lawyers in the past, most of them you just feel are a money grab sadly with him he actually works for you! Payment plan was a plus! Highly recommend!

I came to Mr. Scardigno early January of 2014 when my future was on the line. I had gotten mix up with the wrong individuals and found myself facing a felony charge. I was terrified and confused of my options in the matter being that is was my first encounter with the law. Getting convicted with a fe...lony charge would have greatly dimmed any hopes a having a promising future. The possibility of me returning back to St John's University or being admitted into any four year university for that matter was zero to none.
