I have extensive experience representing clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions; including Cooperative Units, Condominium, Single & Multi-family homes, foreclosures, short-sales, commercial real estate, deed transfers, share and unit transfers, lien foreclosure. and enforcement, landlord-tenant matters, sale of estate property, reverse mortgages, closings by power of attorney.

I advise clients on the various aspects that must be considered when interacting with various City and State administrative entities. If and when a client finds them self facing penalties imposed by a municipal agency I work with them to tailor a defense to the violation(s) and represent them throughout the hearing process.
