Joseph F. DeFelice Esq. is a former attorney with the Immigration and Naturalization Service, Law Secretary to Supreme Court Justices and Assistant District Attorney in Queens County. Now with his own practice, attorney Joseph F. DeFelice represents clients in Criminal, District, Immigration, County and Supreme Courts. Mr. DeFelice has successfully handled numerous trials and appeals including murder cases, robbery, domestic violence, drug charges, arson and burglary.
