He is hands down the best attorney in NYC and arguably the entire country. I went to him with my back against the wall, I was charged with identity theft and I will admit I was caught red handed, meaning that there technically was no room for negotiation. Because of my prior record the D.A. was not b...udging from an offer of a 1 to 3 year sentence. Mr. Dayan fought arduously and got my felony reduced to a misdemeanor. I can not thank him enough.
