Nancy Tosson

I am partner and co-founder of Tosson & Awad, LLP. My experience consists of criminal litigation, both as a defense attorney and also as a prosecutor for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. My experience also includes assisting clients with divorce, custody/visitation, child and spousal support matters. I also assist clients in various immigration matters.  I maintain a vast amount of courtroom experience, stemming from litigating matters from their inception to trial. Through My varied experience in litigation, I gained exposure to many areas of the law. I maintain diverse knowledge in different legal arenas along with my genuine care for my clients’ legal needs, which allows me to zealously advocate on their behalf while working towards the best possible outcome. I am also fluent in Arabic.
