Peter was an absolute pleasure to work, from start to finish, and really knows what he is doing. My wife and I are fairly new to the real estate world, and Peter always found the time to explain and answer all of our questions along the way. I honestly think the whole process would have been a lot more difficult and stressful if I had someone else as my lawyer. When it was taking t...he bank forever to clear my mortgage application, Peter called and worked things out with the seller and the loan officer, was able to push the deadline and eventually get my mortgage approved preventing me from paying any penalties. Of course, he was very transparent and relayed every single detail to me throughout the whole process. I would definitely use him again in any future transactions.
