This man needs to be investigated regarding immoral, unethical and threatening conduct. He was literally screameding at me, to the point where I had to repeatedly ask him to stop shouting. I couldn't ask a simple question or provide pertinent information without being completely verbally berated. He... also intimidated, coerced and threatened me into giving 5 star reviews on multiple platforms before he would even begin to work on my documents. He told me I had to do it at that time and immediately send him a screenshot. I reluctantly gave the review and when I finally received the documents in an untimely manner, all the names are misspelled, venues are incorrect and large portions of pertinent legal information that requires an attorney was completely left out. I have never been treated with such disrespect by anyone in my entire life. Now he's referring back to my previous review, which again, I was COERCED into writing by Mr. Reyes AFTER PAYMENT WAS RECEIVED. HE DEMANDED THAT I LEAVE A FIVE STAR REVIEW, TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT TO WRITE IN MY REVIEW AND DEMANDED I IMMEDIATELY SEND HIM A SCREEN SHOT OF SAID REVIEW OR ELSE HE WOULDN'T WORK ON WHAT I HAD JUST PAID HIM TO DO. HOW COULD I LEAVE AN HONEST REVIEW WHEN I HAD NOT YET RECEIVED GOODS/SERVICES FROM MR. REYES??????

Yandy Reyes stated he’s a trial lawyer, but thinks courts are open on Election Day. He says he’ll call you right back but doesn’t respond for a month. He thinks we have a court date on 11/2/21, and leaves preparation until 10/28/21, the Friday before. You, the client, has to call the court to find ou...t your actual court date has been moved from 12/2/21 to 1/6/22. The court tells you Yandy Reyes was notified of the change on 11/8/21. But, he doesn’t tell you until 11/30/21, two days before 12/2/21. This kind of thing is just one of the reasons you ask to be copied on correspondence related to your matter in a timely fashion. Yet, he refuses. He states he has email regarding your matter, but won’t forward it to you. Another reason is that it becomes clear to you that he is not representing your interests. He charged you a flat fee, and wants to resolve your matter quickly, to his satisfaction, not yours. He flouts the law (22 NYCRR §1210.1) as it pertains to his legal obligations to you, his client, disregarding the Statement of Client Rights.
