My situation was quite a difficult one with my dad's house facing foreclosure and nothing being handled correctly before and after his passing. The faster I did what I needed to do the faster things were taken care of which I very much appreciated. Yes sometimes there was a little tension but we were always able to keep the main thing the main thing and get the job done. I was offered advice beyond my situation that made you feel as if you were really cared about as a person rather than just a client.
