Very Happy Landlord

I needed to get my tenant out so that I can sell my property. I called Robert Tolle to start a 30 day notice and was told I missed the cut off but they would be able to rush it for me so that I didn't lose a month. My tenant didn't move so I had to do papers to go to court. Mr. Tolle met me in cou...rt 2 weeks later and I was able to make an agreement with my tenant for her to be out in 2 months. I ordered a warrant of eviction which I was told it takes 6-8 weeks but mine came in in 5 weeks which I was very pleased. My tenant is now out and I can sell the property. I would highly recommend this attorney.
