What a great attorney Mr. Visconti is! He took the time to explain the process to me throughout my entire case and always kept me informed of what was going on. He is very intelligent, charming, thoughtful, and cares very much about his clients and it shows in court. I would recommend him to anyon...e who needs a lawyer! He's the best! Mr. Visconti Esq was my lawyer from Queens Law Associates to represent me in court on a delicate matter, that would have been resolved within 90 day period instead the lawyer was dishonest keeping information from me and refusing to answer any legal issues or discussed the case but he will discuss my... case with a third party that was not involved and will asked for money, he also was dishonest in court when he withdrew from my case under the false pretense that allegedly we where at odds with each other instead of being forthcoming he just simply did not like me as a client because I had lost my job and bias towards me was due to my professional city job by his on admission. Mr. Visconti Esq. was very disrespectful and unprofessional, likes to berate and curse in front of other people and likes to provokes and is confrontational, specially when he was question by me about what was the next step of the case since i had no legal knowledge of the process, and when I question him of why he misinforming the Judge of documents that I had to submit in which he was caught on the record of being unethical and dishonest.(all documented and reported to his employer). Mr. Visconti Esq. intentionally delay my case and was very angry that I did not accept an offer that allegedly he had work out with out my consent. I would not recommend Mr. Vsiconti Esq. he will take advantage of your situation, he not forthcoming and will make backroom deals and legal decision with out your consent, If you disagree with him he will take advantage of your situation and use it against you. Mr. Visconti Esq made it clear he is for plenty of cash at hand, other wise he will not represent specially those in need, I would not recommended this attorney.
