Although there was a bit of a confusion on both ends - Isaac Abraham reached out to me himself and contacted me via phone directly. We had a won...derful conversation and resolved the dilemma. The fact that he reached out to me directly, really informs you of his character and how he does business. He was polite and personable and I would 100% hire this practice again (if I am ever in an unfortunate spot again to get a ticket).
