Biography
I'm Adelina Graham, founder of Brand Locked Legal, a boutique trademark, brand protection, and business law firm in New York. Since being admitted to the New York Bar in 2010, I've focused my practice on helping entrepreneurs, creators, and businesses build brands that are both recognizable and legally protected.
My work centers on trademark registration, brand strategy, and portfolio management — from clearing and selecting strong trademarks before launch, to navigating USPTO Office Actions and oppositions, to ongoing monitoring and enforcement. I also help clients form their businesses and draft the contracts and agreements they need to operate with confidence and protect their interests as they grow.
Although based in New York, I represent clients throughout the United States and internationally who are seeking U.S. trademark protection. I believe trademark protection isn't just a filing — it's brand insurance. In a digital world where visibility can attract imitation just as easily as it attracts customers, proactive legal protection is what safeguards the reputation and value a business has worked hard to build.
