Albert Hakimi

I was very happy to have worked with Albert Hakimi on my closing in December 2021. It was hectic for more reasons than I'll mention here, but he was patient, understanding, and helpful. Albert answered all my questions in a timely fashion and communicated effectively at all times. I was grateful for ...his guidance during a nerve racking closing process. I would highly recommend others to work with him!

I worked with Albert on selling my coop apartment and I was very impressed how quickly he would provide a response to my after-hour questions. He was patient and easygoing. He made sure that all documents were prepared before the meeting and he ran the meeting in a very efficient manner. He was fast,... but never in a rush, he would go over the most important parts with me and explain the relevancy of every document and all calculations. I was very happy with him and I will definitely use him in the future.

I was running up against a tight timeline due to an upcoming rate lock expiration, and a coop process that had dragged on for 4 months. I was tepid abt the previous legal team assigned to me, but when Atty Albert Hakimi stepped in he facilitated the process and basically 'took charge' - he followed u...p with the parties involved, negotiated a few days' extension on the rate lock extension without additional cost to me, and we were able to set a closing date. On the closing, Atty Hakimi explained every single document prior to me signing. Of note, I would sometimes call after work hours and Atty Hakimi would accommodate them. I received my closing documents promptly (sent an email out at 9PM of the same night!) He is courteous and prompt and will return calls right away.

Albert was very hands on with my purchase. I knew that he was doing a lot but didn't realize just how much work and communication was going on until I heard it from the other parties. He stayed on top of things throughout the entire process, contacted me when he needed to and just made everything as ...smooth as possible on my end. Closing was a breeze with him representing me.
