Albert Hakimi

I was running up against a tight timeline due to an upcoming rate lock expiration, and a coop process that had dragged on for 4 months. I was tepid abt the previous legal team assigned to me, but when Atty Albert Hakimi stepped in he facilitated the process and basically 'took charge' - he followed u...p with the parties involved, negotiated a few days' extension on the rate lock extension without additional cost to me, and we were able to set a closing date. On the closing, Atty Hakimi explained every single document prior to me signing. Of note, I would sometimes call after work hours and Atty Hakimi would accommodate them. I received my closing documents promptly (sent an email out at 9PM of the same night!) He is courteous and prompt and will return calls right away.

We contacted Albert's firm to assist us with a purchase for the coop. He was representing us as well as our Bank. Albert was very efficient overall and very responsive. He was very professional and made sure we understood every document we were signing. He overall made us feel comfortable and it was ...a pleasure working with him.
