Kaiko Chan

Kaiko was our lawyer for the purchase of our coop. We found him to be professional, patient and clear. He also was quiet personable. The one major complaint is that he seemed to farm out a lot of the details to his secretary/paralegal Terrie. Most of our conversations and email correspondences w...ere with her. This would not have been a major problem if she were less abrasive. We found her to be at times helpful, at times extremely vague and unclear, and at times needlessly impatient, rude and curt. So while I would easily recommend the services of Kaiko for routine coop purchases, the fact that working with Kaiko means working with Terrie gives me pause.

The firm is great. They are always there to help me when I had questions. As I had many since I m a first time home buyer. They helped me through out the whole transaction. Even after I closed, with questions, they were always there to help. @ David: Teri was a great secretary. Sorry to hear... you had bad experience. She was extremely nice to me and was always available when I needed help. She was patient and prompt with me through out the whole transaction. They gave me exceptional service.!

Kaiko Chan provided services beyond his duties. Showed up to meetings on time! Great rates too! Only complaint we have is the receptionist/assistant Terry - she was extremely rude, very unprofessional, talked to us (and others) in a condescending way. I wouldn't recommend this office because i drea...d what others may have to go through if they too have to deal with her.
