Felipe Arzayus Dominguez

Felipe’s legal career began with his graduation at the top of his law school class, reflecting an exceptional understanding of the law, legal strategy, and advocacy. He began practicing at a prestigious national insurance defense firm, where he represented major insurance carriers in personal injury matters. This experience provided Felipe with valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate claims, assess risk, and approach settlement negotiations. By developing his career on the defense side, he gained a firsthand understanding of the strategies insurers use when defending personal injury claims.

After developing a strong foundation in insurance defense, Felipe transitioned to plaintiff-side advocacy, bringing that experience directly to injured individuals and families in his community. He joined a premier plaintiff’s trial firm, where he developed extensive litigation experience handling complex motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, and serious construction site injuries.

As a proud Latino attorney, Felipe co-founded Arzayus Montesdeoca Law, PLLC with a clear commitment to providing the Latino community with meaningful access to experienced legal representation. The firm was founded in response to a common concern: clients who retain attorneys who do not speak Spanish may find themselves relying primarily on non-attorney staff for communication about their cases. Felipe built the firm around a different model—one in which clients have direct access to the attorney handling their matter, minimizing language barriers and promoting transparency, personal attention, and effective representation throughout the legal process.

Felipe approaches every case with the preparation and focus necessary to proceed to trial when appropriate.
